1. Services & Doorstep Assistance

Kiara Battery Clinic specializes in the sale, installation, maintenance, and emergency recharge of automotive (car & bike), home UPS, industrial UPS, inverter batteries, and solar power systems.

• Doorstep Coverage: Our emergency doorstep response (Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 10PM) is subject to location feasibility and traffic/weather limitations across Coimbatore, Ooty, Pollachi, Tiruppur, and Kotagiri.
• Technician Access: You must ensure that our technician has safe, legal access to the vehicle or building where installation or testing is scheduled.

2. Invoices & Payments

• All prices quoted by our service representatives or listed on our site are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payment must be completed in full immediately upon delivery or successful service installation.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI payments, major debit/credit cards, and direct bank transfers. Official tax invoices will be provided for all transactions.

3. Product Warranties

All brand new batteries and equipment sold by Kiara Battery Clinic (including products from Amaron, Exide, Okaya, SF Sonic, and Luminous) come with official manufacturer-backed warranties.

• Warranty periods, terms, and conditions are set entirely by the respective manufacturer.
• Kiara Battery Clinic will gladly assist you in testing and processing warranty replacement claims. However, the manufacturer holds final approval authority over the claim validation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Kiara Battery Clinic owns all intellectual property rights for the logo, text content, design elements, and media displayed on this website. You may access this material for personal reference, but you must not copy, publish, or redistribute our content without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kiara Battery Clinic and its service team make every effort to arrive promptly and install power equipment safely. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Delays in roadside assistance caused by heavy traffic, roadblock events, weather conditions, or vehicle access restrictions.
• Any pre-existing vehicle electrical defects or home wiring issues that affect battery/UPS performance.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from power failure or product usage outside the manufacturer's operational specifications.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of this website or our service transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the site or booking services after updates, you agree to accept the modified terms.
